Pay By Phone

Call Speedpay's toll-free service number at 1-866-537-9039 and follow the prompts to pay your Black Hills Energy bill with your VISA, MasterCard or Discover card - or from your checking account.

Electronic check payment not available in Kansas; Service provided
by SPEEDPAY. You pay a convenience fee per transaction to SPEEDPAY.

Late payers, please note: Once your Speedpay payment is complete, and you have received a confirmation number, Black Hills Energy will be notified of your payment. If your utility service has been disconnected, contact customer service at 1-888-890-5554 with your confirmation number to have your service restored. Thank you.

Some sites may charge a convenience fee. There is a maximum combined payment limit of $2,500 that can be paid per account per day.
