You must be a Black Hills Energy Colorado Electric customer to be eligible for the Colorado Electric Black Hills Energy applicable rebates.

Black Hills Energy wants to help save you money, and incentivize you to use less electricity.

Now you're probably thinking, "Why would an energy company want me to use less energy?" Well, Black Hills Energy launched its three-year energy efficiency program in July 2009 to provide its customers the opportunity to better manage their monthly utility bill. How does this happen? Through efficiency programs that provide incentives to customers for installing energy efficient equipment, which in turn lowers your monthly utility bill.
