Residential: High Efficiency Cooling Program

The High Efficiency Cooling Program encourages residential customers to purchase and install energy-efficient evaporative coolers, central air-conditioning and heat pumps by providing financial incentives to offset a portion of the equipment's higher initial cost.

2011-2012 Qualifying Evaporative Cooler $400 Rebate List

Customer incentives will be offered for the following measures:

Measure	Incentive
Air-Source Heat Pump upgrade to 15 SEER HSPF greater than or equal to 8.5	$400
Central Air-Conditioner (CAC) upgrade to 15 SEER, 12.5 EER	$400
High Efficiency Evaporative Cooler ISR air flow rating 2,500 CFM or greater	up to $200
High Efficiency Evaporative Cooler (central) Media saturation effectiveness 85% or greater	$400
