Builder incentives will be offered for the following measures:

| Refrigerator ENERGY STAR rated | $50 |
| Clothes Washer ENERGY STAR rated (greater/equal than 2.0 MEF, less than/equal 6.0 WF) | $50 |
| Dishwasher Standard ENERGY STAR rated (307 kWh/year and 5.0 gallons per cycle or less) | $50 |
| Diswasher Compact ENERGY STAR rated (222 kWh/year and 3.5 gallons per cycle or less) | $50 |
