Builder incentives will be offered for the following measures:

Air-Source Heat Pump upgrade to 15 SEER, HSPF greater than or equal to 8.5 $400
Central Air-Conditioner (CAC) upgrade to 15 SEER, 12.5 EER $400
High Efficiency Evaporative Cooler ISR air flow rating 2,500 CFM or greater up to $200
High Efficiency Evaporative Cooler (central)Media saturation effectiveness 85% or greater $400
Refrigerator ENERGY STAR rated $50
Clothes Washer ENERGY STAR rated (greater/equal than 2.0 MEF, less than/equal 6.0 WF) $50
Dishwasher Standard ENERGY STAR rated (307 kWh/year and 5.0 gallons per cycle or less) $50
Diswasher Compact ENERGY STAR rated (222 kWh/year and 3.5 gallons per cycle or less) $50
CFL Fixture interior hardwired high efficiency fixtures with manual on auto off controls. Maximum of 5 fixtures. $20 per fixture maximum $100
ENERGY STAR Certification Rebate for homes that meet the minimum index for ENERGY STAR certification for either zone 4 or 5 depending on county $200
