Black Hills Energy offers a very important service to rental property owners. By completing a Landlord Contract, Black Hills Energy will automatically place your rental property utilities into your name in lieu of a service disconnection.

We must rely on you to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide and keep it current. Please complete a new Landlord Contract for any new rental properties you purchase or a Landlord Cancellation Form for any rental properties you sell or wish to cancel the contract on.
