This is how it works each month:

EBill is a fast, easy and free way to view and pay your bills online. With eBill, you don't have to write and mail checks every month or pay for postage. Plus, you can:

• Save bills on your computer
• Learn your amount due several days earlier than with paper billing
• Help protect our environment by eliminating the need for paper bills.

Once you submit the enrollment form, we will email a confirmation message to you. To activate your account, just click the link included in that email. It's that easy!

Once eBill is activated, you will receive an email notifying you when your bill is available. At that time, you can view and pay your bill by logging into your online profile. To access the bill, click the View/Pay bills link.
