Colorado Natural Gas Energy Efficiency Programs

You must be a Black Hills Energy Colorado Natural Gas customer to be eligible for any Black Hills Energy Colorado Gas applicable rebates.

Black Hills Energy re-filed our energy efficiency plan for years two and three early in 2010 with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. The filing was approved and the updated program changes are effective May 1, 2010. Any measures installed Jan. 1, 2010 through April 30, 2010 would use the 2010 Application. Any measures installed from May 1, 2010 through Dec. 31, 2010, use the Updated 2010 Application.

  • Black Hills Energy and the Governor's Energy Office are partnering to help customers become more energy efficient. Beginning April 19, 2010 the Colorado Governor's Energy Office launched their Recharge Colorado campaign. This campaign, that includes a website and call center, will provide comprehensive and localized information on rebates, contractors, energy conservation tips and energy news across the state.   • Database of State Incentives for Renewables & Efficiency - DSIRE is a comprehensive source of information on state, local, utility, and federal incentives and policies that promote renewable energy and energy efficiency. Established in 1995, DSIRE is an ongoing project of the NC Solar Center and the Interstate Renewable Energy Council funded by the U.S. Department of Energy.
