Free Residential Energy Evaluation
You may be wasting some of your hard-earned money as energy slips silently out of your home. Invite one of our professional energy advisors to your home and we'll provide you with information specific to your residence on how to reduce energy and save money. From low-cost ideas such as changing a furnace filter, to no-cost suggestions like changing an old habit, our energy advisors provide free evaluations to qualified customers. Both owners and renters may apply.

Our evaluators will install or show you how to install beneficial, low-cost measures -- at no cost to you! We'll also provide you with educational information on managing energy costs and refer you to any other Black Hills Energy rebate programs if indicated by the evaluation results.

Level 2 & 3 Whole Home Evaluations

Sign up for a Level 2 evaluation with a blower door test and other diagnostics to more precisely pinpoint where energy and your level of comfort, are leaking from your home. All this and expert advice at a significantly reduced rate of $100, conveniently applied to your Black Hills Energy account.

Partake in a Level 3 evaluation, which includes all the features of Level 2 at the special $100 rate, plus a FREE follow-up verification test-out evaluation after you install two or more of our energy expert's recommended building shell or equipment measures.
