Iowa Low-Interest Financing
Because home maintenance can be costly, Black Hills Energy offers low-interest financing for high-efficiency heating equipment. To qualify, you must be an Black Hills Energy residential customer who owns and lives in a home occupied year-round. You must have a good credit history and a good utility payment record.
The program design makes it easy to participate:

Financing is offered in lieu of energy efficiency rebates. You have a choice of low-rate financing or a rebate, not both.
