Black Hills Energy is committed to putting our energy into our communities and education.
Applicants had to meet scholarship eligibility including:
- Parent or guardian is a current Black Hills Energy electric or natural gas customer
- Student ranked in the top 25 percent of the graduating class or scored 21 or higher on the ACT or 21 or higher on the SAT
- Student plans to work toward a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university.
- Student is not a relative of a current or retired Black Hills Energy employee, defined here as a child, grandchild, brother sister, stepchild, foster child, spouse or in-law.
