6th Annual Walk for Warmth

Help those in financial need heat their homes in the coldest months of winter and cool their homes in the extreme heat of summer by taking part in the 2017 Black Hills Cares Walk for Warmth.
We will match donations up to $10,000. Funds raised during Walk for Warmth benefit the energy assistance programs of the Salvation Army of the Black Hills and Rapid City’s Church Response organization. Any energy customer, regardless of their provider, may seek to qualify for energy assistance.
- $15 for individuals
- $25 for families (immediate family members)
- $10 with military or student ID
Entry fees are tax deductible.

Walk for Warmth Apparel
New this year, we are offering long sleeve t-shirts with the Walk for Warmth logo. Sizes L - XL are $20, 2XL - 3XL are $23. Contact the Walk for Warmth Commitee to reserve your shirt today.
The 1.5 mile loop begins and ends at Main Street Square, and winds through downtown Rapid City.
