We are dedicated to providing you with excellent customer service and reliable energy. When weather or other events cause an outage, we have a system in place to ensure you receive the information you need.
Outage information is updated every 5 minutes with additional information, if available.
We realize that service interruptions are a major inconvenience, and through our local service crews, we’re committed to restoring service as quickly as possible. In many cases, we also bring in additional service crews from throughout our service territories, as well as contract crews, to help local crews in their efforts.
Although there is no way to pinpoint exactly how long it will take to restore service, our service personnel work with local emergency officials and the media to keep you informed.
