Free-Form/Customer Choice Payment Arrangement Option
The Free-Form/Customer Choice arrangement allows you to spread out your balance over an eight-week term, with a minimal down payment that is due within the first two weeks after a free-form arrangement has been set up.
If you qualify for this option, you can select convenient due dates (weekly or bi-monthly) based on your installment payment schedule for the eight-week term of a free-form arrangement.
Payment of your current monthly bill is required in addition to installment payments scheduled for the duration of the free-form arrangement.
Penalty Waiver Plan
- If you are 65 plus years of age or handicapped and are having a hard time paying your bill by the due date, the late payment charge could be eliminated
