eBill is a fast, free and paperless way to view and pay your bill online. To use eBill, you'll need an online profile.

How does it work?
Once enrolled, you will receive an email notifying you that your bill is available. You can then use your checking account, savings account or qualifying pinless debit card to pay your bill.
Your pinless debit card must meet the following requirements in order to be used for eBill payments.
- Debit card must include the NYCE, STAR, pulse or ACCEL logos on the back of the card. (include the logos)
- Your bank must allow your debit card to be processed as a credit card.
Frequently asked questions about eBill
You will be able to make an eBill payment after your bill is processed through our eBill system, which depending on your monthly bill date could take up to 30 days. After your bill has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that your eBill is available for payment. Until then, you can use one of our other convenient payment options. If you have a smartphone, use our Pay By Mobile Device option by scanning the QR code at the top of your bill to submit payment until your eBill payment option is available.
You will receive your first eBill within 30 days of enrollment. After that, you can view and pay your bill online for free using your checking or savings account or with debit cards that include the NYCE, STAR, pulse or ACCEL logos on the back of the card.
We take precautions to make sure your information is secure by using Secure Socket Layer, an industry standard security encryption protocol. We also require you to enter your user name and password before you can view your bill.
Yes. It's the same as the paper copy you currently receive.
EBill is free. After you sign up and receive your first eBill, you will be able to submit a free, online payment through your checking or savings account or with debit cards that include the NYCE, STAR, pulse or ACCEL logos on the back of the card.
No. You can change bank accounts and will still have the same payment options with eBill as you would if you received a paper bill, along with being able to pay online for free through eBill with your checking or savings account or with debit cards that include the NYCE, STAR, pulse or ACCEL logos on the back of the card.
Note: If you need to modify your payment accounts, log in to your account and click the "View Payment Accounts" link to add or modify your information.
Absolutely. You may enroll in any combination of these programs at no cost. For example, if you were enrolled in eBill, automatic bank transfer and a budget billing plan, you would receive a bill by email each month, and the budget amount would automatically be paid from your designated bank account.
No worries. If you lose the notification, your bill will still be available on the website. Simply log in to your account and select the “View/Pay Bills” option.
No. Once enrolled in eBill, you will no longer receive a paper bill. The electronic bill will be available for 16 months after the bill date and is available to print or save to your own computer.
Payments made by 1 p.m. Central Time will post the next business day. Payments made after 1 p.m. Central Time will post two business days later.
