We hear it in social media, on the phones, and in email: You don’t want to be charged a fee to pay your bill.
And because we want to make sure your customer experience is top notch, we are now offering a new free payment option on our website.
The new “Bank Transfer” feature offers some new options in addition to some old favorites. You can make a one-time payment, set up recurring payments, and view or cancel a pending payment.
You might have seen the QR code at the top of your bill that allows you to pay with your smartphone. The new option is similar to that. Just log in to your account, enter your checking or savings account info, and the payment gets processed the next business day.
We’ve also made a couple updates to our website to improve the “Pay A Bill” section. There’s now a dropdown that shows you links to “Pay Now,” “Payment Options” and “Billing Options.” We’ve reorganized all of these options and presented them in a new layout to make it easier for you to select the payment option that fits your lifestyle.
