To start, stop or move service, click on “Start/stop/move service” button in the side bar. You’ll then be prompted to log in or create an account online if you’re not already logged in. From there, follow the on-screen instructions to guide you through the process. If you are moving and need to start service at a new location, remember to stop service at your old location, since we don’t automatically do this when we start your new service.
