When you become a customer, we'll automatically mail you a paper bill.

When to expect your bill
Your billing date depends on when you started service with us and when we read your meter. But you should expect to get your bill in the mail around the same time every month, unless you've signed up for paperless billing.
We don’t read meters on weekends or holidays, so that can change when you get your bill.
When you do get your bill, check the front and back; we print important information on both sides.
