Agencies specifically agree to be responsible for the actions of their Agents. All users certify they are authorized to access these sites, as well as provide or request information or take action on behalf of customers and the sponsoring Agency.

Users agree to only use these sites for proper purposes and as specifically authorized in each instance. Further, users agree that they will only access the records and information of those customers who have completed energy assistance requests and filed them with the sponsoring agency, and that they will report any inadvertent access of other customer records or information to immediately.
