Wyoming Energy Efficiency/Demand Side Management program postponement

We have requested approval from the Wyoming Public Service Commission to dismiss the application for the company’s 2026 Demand Side Management and Energy Efficiency plans for our Wyoming electric and gas utilities. We will resubmit program applications at a later date. In the meantime, we plan to host public workshops to seek customer feedback so that future programs can be redesigned to provide maximum customer benefits.

With this program redesign effort underway, rebates for energy efficiency and demand side management measures will not be available.

We will provide more information about the public workshops as details become available.
