Cheyenne Electric - Laramie County residential rebates
Wyoming rebate program update:
Effective Jan. 1, 2026, all rebate programs will be suspended until further notice as Black Hills Energy’s currently authorized rebate programs end as of Dec. 31, 2025.
We will continue accepting rebate applications through Jan. 31, 2026, for equipment installed between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2025.
Black Hills Energy submitted proposed plans to the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) on July 1, 2025, to continue its rebate offerings in 2026, and is currently awaiting a Commission decision on its Demand Side Management Program for electric customers in the Cheyenne area (Docket No. 20003-259-EA-25 (Record No. 17884)) and its Energy Efficiency Program for gas customers throughout Wyoming (Docket No. 30026-111-GT-25 (Record No. 17883)).
