RAPID CITY, SD — Nov 30, 2019 – Black Hills Energy is experiencing a power outages in the Black Hawk and along HWY 79 West area affecting about 1,600 customers around 4:15 pm. The outages are due to severe snow and blizzard conditions traveling through the region. Black Hills Energy crews have responded to outages with restoration efforts occurring within the next 2-4 hours.
