The YMCA is a safe, healthy place for kids to come after school.

And that’s especially important in Lexington, Nebraska where the Orthman Community YMCA is a second home for kids who often stay until closing time while parents finish work shifts.

Soon, a new concessions area will give these students the opportunity to enjoy a healthy meal in the evening.

The Black Hills Energy Lexington operations team recently presented the staff at the YMCA with a $24,000 check to build the Black Hills Energy Snack Shack.
