March 5, 2020 12:15 p.m. - Customers are receiving scam phone calls indicating their account is past due and requesting they call an 800 number to make an immediate payment or their service will be shut off in 30-60 minutes.

If you receive a call requesting immediate payment, do not call the requested number back, and do not make a payment. These calls are a fraudulent attempt to coerce our customers into making a false payment.
