This Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) Rule Compliance website is designed to ensure public access to critical information about CCR disposal and management activities, including compliance data for legacy CCR management, impoundments, landfills and storage.

This website fulfills the requirements outlined in Section 257.107 of the CCR Rule under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Subtitle D. The rule contains various compliance requirements, including groundwater monitoring, reporting, record keeping and posting related information to a company-operated CCR compliance website. Required information will be posted when it becomes available.
