Smart gas meter upgrade project
Project overview
We are upgrading gas meters in your area to newer smart meter technology. These meters help us improve safety, reliability and service for our customers.
We will begin with a small pilot in Rogers, Arkansas, followed by a full rollout in Rogers and Fayetteville.
What to expect
- You will receive a routine meter exchange notice before your meter is replaced.
- Your replacement will be scheduled just like any standard meter upgrade.
There will be no change to how you use natural gas, and your service will remain safe and reliable during the process.
