Nebraska team plays Santa
Black Hills Energy Ambassadors adopted a family for Christmas

When our Black Hills Energy team in Nebraska was asked to adopt a family for Christmas, they said yes!

The request came from the Washington County, Nebraska, Chamber of Commerce. Scott, a Black Hills Energy Ambassador in the Papillion, Nebraska, office, planned to use his Ambassadors in Action funds for this so the team immediately committed to providing gifts for a family of five. (Ambassadors are employees who represent Black Hills Energy in local initiatives while developing their leadership skills.)

Project organizers also asked for donations at a weekly safety briefing. Our team members from Nebraska Gas were so generous they were able to adopt a second family (one with seven kids!) for the holidays.

We partner with our communities and customers, providing the kind of energy that fuels those areas and the lives of those we serve. Feel free to share the stories and photos. Make sure to tag us on FacebookInstagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
