Louis spends time at the farmers market in South Dakota

Employees had a blast during our sponsorship day at the Farmer’s Market in Rapid City, South Dakota, this summer.

The event gave our staff a chance to discuss energy efficiency with our customers and share information about our rebate programs. “Many of our customers wanted to talk about renewables and our goals going forward as an energy provider. A lot of folks had some great input, and the conversations were a great way to connect with our customers and our amazing community,” said Brian, energy efficiency program coordinator in Rapid City.

Employees also showed off the Ford Mach-E electric vehicle. Visitors were able to look inside the car, ask great questions, and get information on our EV charging station rebates.

Louie the Lightning Bug even joined in the fun serving as a judge for the zucchini contest.

“It was an amazing event and I look forward to being a part of the event again next year!” says Munsell.

We partner with our communities and customers, providing the kind of energy that fuels those areas and the lives of those we serve. Feel free to share the stories and photos. Make sure to tag us on FacebookInstagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
