Supporting our communities in Manchester, Iowa
manchester

One of the best parts of being a Black Hills Energy ambassador is presenting those giant checks (and the news of a donation) to worthy organizations. In the Manchester, Iowa, area, ambassador Scott has been getting to do plenty of that lately.

Scott presented a $5,000 check to Epworth, Iowa, for the creation of a community splash pad. The splash pad will be centrally located with interactive play elements for all to use. It’s a great addition to Epworth for those hot summer days.

He also presented a $500 contribution to the Manchester Hero Hustle Triathlon which supports the community first responders. We appreciate our partnership with fire and police departments.

We partner with our communities and customers, providing the kind of energy that fuels those areas and the lives of those we serve. Feel free to share the stories and photos. Make sure to tag us on FacebookInstagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
