*The Gas Cost Adjustment natural gas commodity price option is not a fixed price. During the annual selection period in April, the Gas Cost Adjustment is estimated daily for the Casper, Gillette and Torrington divisions, and represents a best effort estimate as ordered by the Wyoming Public Service Commission during the April selection period for comparative purposes. The actual Gas Cost Adjustment price can be higher or lower than the April daily estimated prices, and will fluctuate at least quarterly, depending upon actual gas market conditions during the Choice Gas Program year. Under all circumstances, this price will include the pass-on of all prudently incurred gas costs of Black Hills Energy associated with the management of gas supply under the Gas Cost Adjustment natural gas commodity price option offered by Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC (the utility).
Quarterly price per therm
The Gas Cost Adjustment price may change at least on a quarterly basis in the months of March, June, September and December and may be higher or lower than previous prices, depending on actual gas market conditions.
