Community Solar Garden 2 MW open request for proposal

We are seeking bids from Community Solar Garden Developers for a 2 MW (AC) Open Request for Proposal (RFP) Community Solar Garden (CSG).



All bids must be submitted exclusively through the online application portal. Please use the link provided below.

As part of your 2 MW open RFP proposal please complete the provided forms, and subsequently upload the finalized documents through the designated portal when prompted.

All required non-refundable $1,000 bid fees can be settled through either wire transfer or be transmitted by express, certified or registered mail, or hand-delivered to the Black Hills Energy Service Center Location. Proof of payment must be included in bid submission.
