May 23 update: Due to excessive rain in the forecast this week, Tallgrass Energy, the transmission main line supplier of natural gas for Black Hills Energy’s distribution systems, has made the decision to cancel the maintenance project scheduled for Thursday, May 26, 2022. This decision was made from extreme caution to maintain our focus on safety.

Incentives available to Black Hills Nebraska Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy jurisdictional residential and commercial customers living in Nebraska. Call 855-281-9157 to verify eligibility.

Small Businesses and Multi-Unit Dwellings can receive a rebate of up to $2,000 on Level 2 chargers, which will cover approximately 30% of the cost to purchase and install an EV charging port.

The Governmental/Non-Profit Level 2 rebates of $3,000 will cover approximately 45% of the cost to purchase and install an EV charging port.

Large Commercial + Industrial customers can get a DCFC charger rebate of $20,000 to $35,000, based on the equipment charging speed.

Residential customers can receive a rebate of $500 per port on the purchase and installation of Level 2 EV chargers. This rebate will cover about 50 percent of the cost of the EV charger purchase and installation.

Income-qualified residential customers can receive a rebate of up to $1,300 per port on the purchase and installation of Level 2 vehicle chargers. This will cover about 100 percent of the cost for purchase and installation.
