Black Hills Energy is issuing a fraud alert, reminding area residents of tips to stay safe and protect themselves from fraud after an employee uniform was stolen from a company vehicle along with other tools and a natural gas meter.

Low-income solar program to expand in Southern Colorado

Black Hills Energy announced today it has issued a request for proposals for the development of 2.5 megawatts (MW) of additional community solar projects to serve its Southern Colorado customers. This offering includes 500 kilowatts (kW) of renewable energy capacity dedicated to serving low-income customers.
