Black Hills Energy Ambassadors adopted a family for Christmas

When our Black Hills Energy team in Nebraska was asked to adopt a family for Christmas, they said yes!

The request came from the Washington County, Nebraska, Chamber of Commerce. Scott, a Black Hills Energy Ambassador in the Papillion, Nebraska, office, planned to use his Ambassadors in Action funds for this so the team immediately committed to providing gifts for a family of five. (Ambassadors are employees who represent Black Hills Energy in local initiatives while developing their leadership skills.)

Project organizers also asked for donations at a weekly safety briefing. Our team members from Nebraska Gas were so generous they were able to adopt a second family (one with seven kids!) for the holidays.
