When Arkansas team members think of positive energy and community service, Janet Worley, administrative assistant in the Rogers division, comes to mind. Recognized as the 2021 Arkansas Volunteer of the Year, Janet's passions for the United Way and Springdale Chamber of Commerce are evident. She continues to successfully lead our Season of Giving campaigns and rallies Black Hills team members to volunteer for the United Way's Live United Day and school supply drive, along with the Chamber's teacher fair and golf tournament.
Janet is often the first to sign up to volunteer — and first to arrive and last to leave. She also regularly contributes personally to our community drives, from diapers to school supplies to food.
Because of her service above self, the Arkansas team was ecstatic when the Springdale Chamber named Janet Ambassador of the Year at its annual meeting in February 2023. This Chamber is one of the largest in the state and supports a community where we serve more than 24,000 customers.
Congratulations, Janet, on your well-deserved recognition! We appreciate all that you do for our Arkansas neighbors in need and to support our business and community partners.
We partner with our communities and customers, providing the kind of energy that fuels those areas and the lives of those we serve. Feel free to share the stories and photos. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest for more!
