We have requested approval from the Wyoming Public Service Commission to dismiss the application for the company’s 2026 Demand Side Management and Energy Efficiency plans for our Wyoming electric and gas utilities. We will resubmit program applications at a later date. In the meantime, we plan to host public workshops to seek customer feedback so that future programs can be redesigned to provide maximum customer benefits.

Our new Black Hills Energy high efficiency infrared heater rebate program can help offset the costs to make outdoor dining comfortable year-round, covering up to $525 of the cost to purchase an infrared heater.
In addition to saving on the cost of the equipment, the natural gas-powered heaters are highly efficient, with qualifying heaters ranging from 92 to 99% thermal efficiency.
