To request a new service connection for natural gas or electric service, complete our service request form.

You’ll need to set up a Black Hills Energy web profile to submit and track your service request.

Be sure to request utility service early in the construction process and well in advance of the date you will need it. After you complete your online form, your information will be sent directly to the utility construction team in your area.
