As proposed, Renewable Ready provides large commercial and industrial customers and governmental agencies the option of fulfilling up to 100 percent of their electricity needs with low-cost utility-scale renewable energy resources direct from Black Hills Energy.

Wyoming rebate program update:

Effective Jan. 1, 2026, all rebate programs will be suspended until further notice as Black Hills Energy’s currently authorized rebate programs end as of Dec. 31, 2025.

We will continue accepting rebate applications through Jan. 31, 2026, for equipment installed between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2025.

We're currently not taking applications for this rebate program, but we look forward to more funding becoming available in 2026. At this time, we no longer offer energy audits for our South Dakota and Weston County, Wyoming, electric customers.
