A tariff is a group of schedules filed with our regulatory commissions. Tariffs contain basic rates, supplemental rates or riders, and general terms and conditions for providing utility service.

Natural gas customers are billed according to the energy content of the gas they use, instead of the volume of gas that passes through their meters. This type of billing is called therm billing.

    • Commercial service: Rate class for customers whose demands are less than 25 kW for lighting and power service supplied at secondary distribution voltage.
