How do I apply for energy assistance in Iowa?
Eligible households in Iowa can apply for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) to receive help with heating costs. Iowa’s LIHEAP program is administered through local Iowa Community Action Agencies. To apply, locate your county’s outreach office or contact the Community Action Agencies unit for assistance.
