On April 1, we announced plans to donate $375,000 to coronavirus relief efforts.  This investment is supported by our electric and gas utilities as well as the Black Hills Corporation Foundation, the charitable arm of Black Hills Energy.

We are partnering with state and local non-profits to identify and address needs across the communities we serve.  These relief funds have been shared with state and community relief funds, organizations addressing food insecurity, as well as local chapters of United Way and Salvation Army.

Black Hills Energy will be installing a new 6” steel natural gas pipeline to reinforce the natural gas infrastructure and supply pressure to the town of Telluride, Colorado.
